I didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation?
There is a possibility that the confirmation email has gone to your spam mail, or perhaps we have an incorrect email address for you!
Please contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Full Name that the order was placed under and we will be able to help further!
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, we do recommend that you get in contact with us within a maximum of 5 hours after your order has been placed.
Please send us an email at email@example.com with your Full Name and order number, and the address you would like your parcel sent to. We will do out best to alter your address, however if 5 hours have passed we will be unable to process that for you.
We work really hard to have your orders shipped out as soon as possible, and if your order has already been shipped we are unable to change your address.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item!
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the item, so we can solve this as quickly as possible for you!
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped with us yet, we will be able to cancel your order. We do recommend that you get in touch within 5 hours after your order has been placed. Please send us an email at email@example.com with your Full Name and order number, and we will definitely see what we can do to help.
If your cancellation is processed, you will receive a full refund for the products you have ordered, and shipping if applicable.
If your order has already been processed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel the order, or make any changes.
